It feels like it’s been Monday for the last week. You’ve spend all day getting screamed at by your boss and it’s been downhill from there from the puddle you stepped in on the way home to the empty fridge you saw when you did get home. Running the perfect art is a delicate art. After all you’ve got gels and liquids as well as salts and powders. Give the bath a quick clean before you do anything else. There’s no point in running relaxing baths if you’re sat in dust and dirt. Pour any gels and liquids in with the warm water. Try and pour it from the top of the taps so it runs in like a water fall. This will allow the bubbles to be rushed through the water and it releases the aromas throughout the room.

When it comes to powders and salts these need to dissolve fully otherwise it will be uncomfortable. The warmer the water the better they’ll fizz and dissolve. The last thing you want is clumps of bath salt when you’re trying to relax. lastly you’ll want some relaxing music and some candles. Include scents like lavender if you want to really relax. When it comes to the music always opt for something you don’t normally listen to like pan pipes or chill out music.
