Food industry
Dry Ice blasting is able to clean grease, wax, proteins, seasonings, crumbs, glue and other types of build up from food processing equipment more thoroughly and more efficiently than traditional methods. Dry ice blast cleaning is FDA and USDA approved for the food industry and has been documented by the Food Standards Agency to effectively decontaminate surfaces of Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria.

Since dry ice is non-conductive and non-abrasive we are able to safely clean turbines, compressors, generators, AC/DC motors, circuit breakers, switch gears, transformers, rotors, stators, insulators and substation isolators without stripping insulation from any wires or damaging any rubber seals.
Packaging
Dry ice blasting is excellent for removing glue and ink from packaging machinery, rollers and conveyor belts.
Printing
Dry ice blasting cleans printing presses faster and more thoroughly than traditional cleaning with less chemical exposure for your employees and less contaminated waste to dispose of. Dry ice blast cleaning can reduce alignment problems and high scrap rates.
Weld Line Cleaning
Weld slag, spatter, resin, smoke, oil and dampering adhesive builds up on production equipment. This causes misalignment and can prevent the proximity switch from firing in the appropriate spot. The robot stops welding or welds incorrectly creating scrap, equipment failure and down time. Dry ice blasting is an effective and economical removal solution for slag and spatter build up.
